So, in a semester where one decides to take a class on Ontario government, a major government spending scandal decides to make itself known. I am a Liberal, i've ran elections, but even i can see that there was certain things done wrong here, especially if David Caplan, a respected Minister and Ontario politician had to resign. Yet it was not entirley his fault, and with George Smitherman going to run for mayor of Toronto, can the Premiers choice really clean up the issues at hand at the Health Ministry?
